About us
Low Tide started in an old boat shed on the Bolinas Lagoon, a few miles up Highway 1 from Stinson Beach. We still roast there in small batches twice a week, and we only roast what has been ordered, so your coffee is a few days old at most when it arrives.

How fresh is the coffee?
We roast to order every Tuesday and Friday and ship within 48 hours of roasting. Each bag has its roast date printed on the back.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $40. Below that, it’s a flat $6 within the US. Local? You can pick up at the roastery in Bolinas on Saturday mornings.
Can you grind it for me?
Yes. All coffee ships as whole bean by default; add a note at checkout with your brew method and we’ll grind it to match.
Which coffee should I start with?
Most people start with Sunrise Blend because it works with any brew method. If you take milk, try Dark Harbor.
